Introduction Instant Dry Yeast:
Especially suitable for bread marketing with sugarless or low sugar formula.
Ingredient: natural yeast, emulsifier
1. Range of application: applicable for making bread and steamed bread with sugar addition level in the range of 0-7%
2. Feature: Fast Fermentation, High Nutrition, Pure Natural, Long Self-life, Easy Usage
3. Application methods: mix dry yeast with such raw materials as flour until smooth ,then dough must keep in 30°C.
